Your customers shouldn’t have to work to find your menu, check your hours, or place an order.
I know how easily those details slip down the list when you’re running a shop. Together, we’ll make the next step clear—and bring your online presence into line with the business you’ve worked so hard to build.

You shouldn't need to become a tech expert to keep your café's online presence working. Start with the problem that's getting in your way.
Give customers a clear picture of your business and an easy next step.
Help customers find your direct ordering option and keep the details consistent.
Digital alignment means customers recognize the same business online and when they walk through your door.
Your brick-and-mortar business is the starting point. Your online presence should reflect the atmosphere, food, service, and personality customers experience in person.
We’ll review your website, social profiles, Google listing, and customer-facing materials together—then identify mismatched names, outdated photos, inconsistent menus, or messaging that no longer fits. The goal is a recognizable, accurate experience from the first search to the front door.
I'm Jesse, a Chicago café owner now in my sixth year of operation. I'm in the middle of a full rebrand from Aglaïa Coffee and Tea Company to Macro³ · Performance Kitchen—while continuing to run the business.
I know what that demands: aligning the brand, website, menus, ordering systems, business listings, and the experience inside the shop. I wish I'd had someone to help me connect all those pieces. Having worked through them myself, I know where to start, what to prioritize, and which pitfalls to avoid—so I can help you save time and use your resources more effectively.
Before that, I spent 16 years with Toyota, mostly on the Lexus side, in field sales, dealer operations, and merchandising. Now I'm bringing those two chapters together to help other independent owners.

Not necessarily. We'll look at your current setup first. Any replacement tools, subscriptions, or fees would be discussed before you commit.
The initial assessment is free. Paid work is quoted based on the scope: a focused fix, a new website, or ongoing maintenance. Third-party software and advertising costs are separate and require your approval.
Yes. Digital setup and maintenance can be handled remotely. We'll agree on access and the work involved before starting.
No. The focus is on making your online presence accurate, usable, and easier to order from. Sales and search placement depend on many factors; neither is guaranteed.
