Privacy for inquiries and digital checkups

Jesse Armenta Consulting uses the information you submit to review your business’s public digital presence, prepare your requested checkup, and respond to your inquiry.

What you share

Our checkup request asks for your name, email, business name and city, your role, and the area where you want help. A website or Google listing is optional. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, customer records, or other confidential information.

How it is used

Your information is used to evaluate your request, review public websites and business listings, and email you relevant findings or questions. The free checkup provides three prioritized improvements with reasons and practical next steps. Any paid work is separately scoped and priced. Submitting a request does not sign you up for a paid service or a general marketing mailing list.

Services that process requests

Requests submitted through Facebook or Instagram are processed by Meta and made available to Jesse through its business tools. Requests through the website’s embedded form are processed by Google Forms. Email correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. Those providers process information under their own policies. Jesse may use AI-assisted tools to help organize requests and prepare findings, with human review.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your inquiry information. We use it for the purposes above and retain it while handling your request and related business records. You can ask us to delete an inquiry or stop follow-up by emailing the address below; some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. Provider retention practices may differ.
